As the Senior Technical Consultant, you will partner with team members and the business to translate requirements and develop creative solutions in support of corporate goals. You will be responsible for planning, maintaining, and upgrading complex systems, processes and procedures across multi-tiered platforms and environments.



You will provide leadership and guidance to others and work at an expert technical level through all phases of cloud infrastructure plans, builds, optimizations, system upgrades, and support. Technologies you have experience with: Containerization, Kubernetes management, and automation technologies. Managing infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform, source code management, infrastructure deployment automation. Databricks, Azure Data Factory,, Azure Data Lake Storage, Microsoft SQL, and automation technologies. Cloud-native technologies, and robust experience in at least one of AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Cloud resource monitoring and efficiency analysis tools. API gateway and Content Delivery Network technologies. How you will create impact: Overseeing infrastructure, performance and capacity, security posture, and integration with internal and external environments and applications. Collaborate with the development and infrastructure architecture teams to identify technology performance and service impacts and configuration changes required, as a result of new and changing applications and business needs. Coordinate and manage complex technical incident and problem resolution within various production and test environments by conducting research, diagnosis, investigation, testing, and recommending and implementing solutions. Contribute to organizational knowledge by documenting new processes and solutions, updating existing process and knowledge documents, and participating in active knowledge
