Territory Retail Sales Manager, GTA West (GTA - West)ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual company goals and objectives set for the retail channels within the given territoryExecute sales and marketing initiatives, new product launches, enhancing brand awareness and in-store relationshipsRepresent the brands at retail events within the retail channels. Organize, solidify and attend recent store openings, and ensure product listings and merchandising in placeSeek new opportunities to customize and increase brand exposure via display, coldbox placement, adhoc opportunitiesBuild seasonal and promotional displays at retail, and pre-selling promotional activity to drive growthVisit various retail stores within the given territory based on prescribed frequency and routing guidelines; identifying current distribution opportunities; building a partnershipsthat maximizes profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility and service for your regionBuild, maintain and provide as requested, call route plans, field notes, pictures and competitive intelManage budget as providedAssist the distribution department as required to maintain sales and relationships and to support corporate initiatives and programs and provide emergency delivery support when called uponReview and analyze key sales data and comprehend rep reportsProactively use and maintain retail sales tools to inform and influence goals in store; ie-8 week report, Last Call, CRM, Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports etc.To use every opportunity to build relationships with drinkers and key influencers that result in brand loyalty and repeat purchaseTo execute corporate and marketing initiatives and leverage them into consumer loyalty and beer salesTo effectively manage the given territory, ensuring all administration records and information is current and up to dateAttend and participate in various company sales and marketing meetingsMaintain a full understanding of the products,
