This role combines technical implementation, environment coordination, and client-facing delivery, ensuring successful setup, testing, migration, and handover of solutions into live operation.The successful candidate will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and support functions to manage environments, coordinate releases, triage issues, oversee migration rehearsals, and support production go-live.Key ResponsibilitiesManage environment setup, configuration, and connectivity for client implementationsCoordinate deployment of application components and data into test environmentsSupport and manage client UAT cycles, including planning, tracking, and issue resolutionTriage defects raised during testing and coordinate with internal technical teams to drive resolutionOrganise and coordinate additional releases into test environments as requiredObtain client acceptance and support progression through implementation milestonesManage data migrations, including dry runs and preparation for production cutoverSet up and validate workplace monitoringExecute and support go-live runbooks during implementation cutoverCoordinate handover to Client Services / BAU support following successful deploymentAct as a point of contact between the client and internal teams throughout the conversion lifecycleEnsure implementation activities are documented clearly and tracked to completionRequired Skills & ExperienceCore SkillsExperience in an implementation, conversion, onboarding, deployment, or technical support roleStrong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience managing activities across test, UAT, migration, and go-life phasesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage defects and coordinate resolutionGood understanding of environment management,
