You'll learn about their needs, introduce them to appropriate Subaru vehicles, explain available options, and help create a smooth and professional purchasing experience.Your responsibilities will include:Responding to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and onlineLearning about customers' needs and recommending appropriate vehiclesConducting vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drivesExplaining vehicle features, pricing, and available financing optionsWorking with management to structure and finalize vehicle dealsManaging leads and customer follow‐up through CRM systemsKeeping customer information and sales activity accurately documentedCoordinating vehicle deliveries and providing a positive handover experienceStaying current on Subaru products, technology, features, and industry developmentsBuilding lasting customer relationships and contributing to repeat businessWorking collaboratively with the dealership team to achieve shared goalsWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who is:Professional, personable,
