PHASOR Engineering Inc. is a dynamic Alberta based company specializing in engineering, design, panel fabrication, and testing/commissioning of high voltage electrical facilities. Our focus is to incorporate the latest technological advances, such as IEC 61850, to provide the most cost-effective and efficient solutions to power system engineering. This focus allows us to be involved in a diverse range of projects from conceptual engineering through to commissioning and startup.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a full-time permanent position to be based in our Mississauga office. If you are an excellent communicator and skilled problem-solver with strong attention to detail, we offer a dynamic work environment where you will be continuously challenged in all aspects of the testing and commissioning process. Review information pertaining to new or rehired employees in both digital and hardcopy formats, ensuring all documents are complete and compliant. · Enter new information pertaining to employees, both digital and hardcopy into employee folders, including the creation of new employee folders and records as needed. · Arrange employee file contents by date · Responding to emails and employee HR related questions in a timely matter · Recruitment and Onboarding · Assist in recruiting and staffing activities for the area of responsibility including; Respond to telephone inquiries, email,



and website applications · Assist in job fairs and participation with university co-op programs (Travel Canada and the US will be included) · Employee Relations · Support HR Team in implementation of corporate Human Resources programs and policies for the business-based research conducted on industry best practices and legislation · Work collaboratively and assist other HR staff across Canada to identify and implement processes necessary to eliminate duplication and gain efficiency. · Provide basic HR advice to management on issues of policy and processes.

Ensure to work closely with the HR Generalists or HR Manager to ensure accurate transfer of information. The successful candidate should have 3-4+ years of experience recruiting within Canada. · Knowledge of the Microsoft office software suite of programs coupled with strong computer skills. · Strong analytical, risk assessment and problem-solving skills. · · Background checks and Drug and Alcohol Pre-Access Testing may be required as part of employment. Daily work hours and shifts are subject to change based on project requirements, applicants must be adaptable to accommodate these changes when required. · This role may require travel across North America. · 3-4+ years of recruitment experience in North America.
