As a Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist - Global at Deliverect, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global team by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. Manage the posting and advertising of open roles on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as well as strategically selected targeted job boards to maximize candidate reach (Approx. 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced or growing tech company. ~ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for Lever. ~ Problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to contribute to recent ideas or improve existing recruitment processes, such as suggesting efficiencies in candidate outreach or interview scheduling. ~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
