Support nutritional excellence as a Registered Dietitian for Errinrung LTC in Thornbury, Ontario. Focus on creating delicious meals and tailored dietary care for residents in a part-time role. Southbridge is looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to enhance the well-being of our long-term care residents.

This part time position, requiring one day per week, involves consulting on nutrition needs, conducting assessments, and developing individualized care plans. Educating families and staff about nutrition is a vital part of this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Consult on nutrition and hydration program needs
- Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
- Develop and implement individualized dietary care plans
- Review seasonal menus for nutritional adequacy
- Communicate effectively with the Food Service Manager Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian with Ontario membership eligibility
- 3-5 years’ experience in long-term care preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and RAI MDS 2.0
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
