This is a project-focused role centered on platform migration, team training, and process standardization.You will be the primary driver ensuring teams are fully operational, confident, and compliant within Media Ocean (Prisma/Spectra) by the end of the contract period.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Integration & MigrationLead end-to-end onboarding of the incoming business entity onto Media Ocean (Prisma and/or Spectra)Partner with internal systems, finance, and operations teams to configure client hierarchies, product codes, and vendor setupsDevelop and manage the integration project plan, timelines, and milestonesCoordinate with Media Ocean support and internal tech teams on system configuration and data migration requirementsEnsure proper mapping of legacy workflows to Media Ocean standardsTraining & Capability BuildingCreate user guides, quick-reference materials, and SOPs tailored to Havas workflowsConduct hands‑on training sessions (virtual and in‑person)Establish a feedback loop to identify knowledge gaps and adjust training accordinglyServe as the go‑to platform SME during the transition periodDocument and implement consistent workflows aligned with Havas Media operational standardsDefine and enforce data entry standards to ensure reporting accuracy and financial integrityCollaborate with Finance to ensure billing and reconciliation processes are understood and adoptedStakeholder ManagementAct as the central point of contact between the incoming business entity, Havas operations, and finance teamsProvide regular status updates to leadership on onboarding progress, risks, and milestonesDirect change management communications to ensure smooth adoptionRequired Skills & ExperienceMedia Ocean Expertise3+ years hands‑on experience with Media Ocean Prisma and/or SpectraStrong understanding of:Client/product hierarchy setup and maintenanceFamiliarity with Media Ocean integrations (DSPs, ad servers, publisher systems) is a plusProject ManagementProven experience managing platform migrations, system integrations, or operational transformation projectsStrong organizational skills; able to manage multipleworkstreams and stakeholders simultaneouslyTraining & CommunicationExcellent communication skills – able to translate complex system processes into explicit, actionable guidanceConfident presenting to groups ranging from junior buyers to senior leadershipGeneralBackground in media agency operations, finance, or systemsDetail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process complianceWhat Success Looks Like for This RoleFully onboarded business entity’s teams onto Media Ocean with documented, standardized workflowsDelivered comprehensive training resulting in team self‑sufficiency on the platformIdentified and resolved integration issues with minimal disruption to operationsSalaryThe base salary range for this position is CAD $70,000 to $85,000, with final compensation determined by location, skills, experience, and background.#J-18808-Ljbffr
