Provide essential nursing care at AgeCare. This role as a Registered Practical Nurse involves directing support workers and ensuring quality care for residents in a collaborative team workplace. AgeCare is looking for a Registered Practical Nurse to deliver professional nursing care in long-term settings.

This role requires collaboration with Registered Nurses and various healthcare professionals, focusing on residents’ changes and needs. You will guide Personal Support Workers while actively participating in shift reports and procedural improvements within the unit. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with healthcare team on policy implementation
- Direct and support Personal Support Workers on care team
- Report significant resident status changes to physicians




- Participate actively in shift reports with team members
- Assist in revising procedures and enhancing care practices Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
- Knowledge of long-term care nursing and related regulations
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
