Translate client business objectives into clear delivery requirements, priorities, and action plans. Support successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of VEERUM’s technology. Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes early. Keep delivery work moving forward with clear communication,



practical problem solving, and strong follow‑through.Client RelationshipsBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders across operational, technical, and leadership levels. Facilitate productive conversations to understand client workflows, business needs, and desired outcomes. Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and next steps clearly and consistently. Help clients understand how VEERUM’s technology can support better planning, execution, maintenance, and operational decision‑making.Internal CoordinationWork closely with product, technical, and client success teams to ensure client needs are understood and delivery work is aligned.
