Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)Wage per hour$25.09–$26.58.ResponsibilitiesProvide planned, patient‑oriented, goal‑directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards.Build trusted relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary team members through continuous, effective communication.Implement and evaluate care plans, making changes as required.Complete accurate clinical assessments, care plans and documentation, ensuring timely updates.Teach, delegate and direct unregulated care providers, providing coaching and mentorship.QualificationsCurrent registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in the applicable province.Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and experience working with seniors.Education and experience in gerontology, rehabilitation, community/complex/long‑term care an asset.Robust drive, respect and understanding of the emotional and physical demands of the role.Teamwork and customer‑service focus,
