We're building a high-performance, well-run team culture from day one, on and off the field.The RoleWe're looking for an organized, calm-under-pressure Team Manager to run the squad's logistics and operations for the tournament. You'll be the link between players, coaching staff, franchise management and league officials, so the team can focus on cricket.What You'll DoBefore the tournamentCoordinate player and staff travel, visas, accommodation and arrival schedulesTrack player paperwork: agreements, ID documents, photos and league registrationOrganize kit, equipment and team apparelBuild the tournament schedule for travel, training, matches and meetingsDuring the tournamentManage daily team logistics: transport, meals, training bookings and match-day timingsAct as the main point of contact with league officials and match managementSubmit team sheets and league documentation on timeHandle player welfare, discipline and any issues that come up on the roadSupport media,



sponsor and fan engagement commitmentsAfter the tournamentCoordinate departures and return travelReturn kit and equipment and reconcile expensesDeliver a season report to franchise managementReportingYou'll report to the CEO and franchise owner and work closely with the head coach and coaching staff.What We're Looking ForExperience as a team manager, operations lead or logistics coordinator in cricket or qualified sportKnowledge of T20 franchise cricket and Caribbean tournament conditionsStrong organization skills and the ability to manage many moving parts on tight timelinesClear, professional communication with players, staff and officialsAbility to travel to and be based in Saint Vincent for the full tournamentValid passport and freedom to travelNice to have: performance analysis, cricket administration or player-management experienceEngagementShort-term contract covering the tournament period plus preparationCompensation: TBDStart: immediately#J-18808-Ljbffr
