This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting service partners, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for products after delivery, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionAssist in managing regional after‐sales service operations and support field service activitiesWork closely with customers and service partners to resolve product and service‐related issues in a timely mannerConduct on‐site inspections, maintenance support, and technical training when requiredTrack, analyze, and report common technical issues, and provide feedback for product improvementSupport customer complaint handling and ensure proper follow‐up and resolutionAssist in major issue escalation and participate in root cause analysisCollaborate with cross‐functional teams (engineering, quality, operations)
