The Client: Our client, a leading financial institution, is currently hiring for Technical Talent Acquisition Specialists to join their team on a contract basis. They are seeking someone with strong knowledge and experience with AI tools. Multiple positions ranging from junior to senior level.ResponsibilitiesAct as the Technical Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported; Manage end‑to‑end aspects of the recruitment process and specialized acquisition program; Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates and build a robust pipeline of diverse talent; Advise business leads ontalent market gaps, providing insights on alternate practices and opportunities; Execute on determined plans and provide insight and guidance to clients on the benefits of the approach; Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to the customer experience model; Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and programs as they relate to recruitment; Build robust relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches; Maintain, analyze and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing and recruitment activities; consult with hiring managers; Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity; Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the talent acquisition function; Maintain a cultureof risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with the bank’s risk appetite; Lead special initiativesby representing the business internally and externally as a subject matter expert; Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of plans,



programs, and practices related to own area of expertise; Conduct internal and external research projects; support the developmentand delivery of presentations and communications to management or broader audiences; Keep abreast of and advise the team on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements in the discipline and assess potential impacts; Ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of escalated issues; Focus on specialized portfolio and niche capabilities; Work independentlyas the senior subject‑matter expert; Provide advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members and may coach and educate others; Focus on medium‑term issues (e.G., monthly‑quarterly); Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end; Undertake and complete avariety of projects and initiatives, including the integration of cross‑functional processes within the area of expertise.Qualifications3+ years of corporate technical recruitment experience; Strong experience with AI technical tools; Financial servicesor banking experience is required; Agency recruitmentexperience is a nice to have; Solid communication andinterpersonal skills; Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; Ability to manage high volumes during peak season; Experience recruiting for a complex portfolio across multiple lines of business; Contract hourly rate ranges from $25 to $60 per hour.Equal OpportunityRobertson is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
