Outside Technical Sales and Service Representative John Zink (JZ), a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking an Outside Technical Sales & Service Representative to join our team supporting Central and Eastern Canada. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to refinery, petrochemical, and power customers, helping them maximize the reliability, performance, and lifecycle value of their fired equipment assets. You will leverage deep combustion expertise, solid customer relationships, and proactive engagement to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and create long-term value for both customers and John Zink. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with a consultative, customer-focused mindset.



Success in this role requires the ability to build trust with site personnel, maintenance teams, reliability engineers, operations leaders, and decision makers while identifying opportunities that improve customer outcomes and support profitable growth. You will support a wide range of John Zink technologies, including process burners, flares, thermal oxidizers, vapor combustors, and boiler burner systems.
