Support Indigenous communities as a Claims Helper with Castlemain. This full-time remote role provides essential guidance on claims processes while fostering trauma-informed support. In this permanent position, you will assist Class Members navigating the Federal Indian Hospitals Claimant Support Program.

Your primary focus will be providing culturally safe and comprehensive support, both virtually and in person. This role requires collaboration with other Claims Helpers to ensure effective service and build partnerships with local organizations. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide trauma-informed support on claim forms and resources
- Collaborate with team members for coordinated assistance
- Maintain relationships with local communities and partners




- Assist with claim completions and status updates
- Participate in training to enhance support skills Requirements:
- Minimum three years experience with Indigenous communities
- Robust knowledge of Indigenous history and trauma impacts
- Ability to travel across Canada for up to 45% of the role
