Offres d’emploi Crawford - Mondiales is seeking a ClaimsAlert Agent to join our fully remote, full time team in Canada. You will serve as the first point of contact for policyholders, collect claim details, and provide immediate reassurance during stressful moments.

The role supports customers 24/7 with most hours in the evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will document information, route claims to the appropriate insurer, and maintain clear English communications.
