Offres d’emploi Crawford - Mondiales is seeking a ClaimsAlert Agent to join our fully remote, full-time team in Canada. You will serve as the first point of contact for policyholders, collect claim details, and provide immediate reassurance during stressful moments.

The role supports customers 24/7 with most hours in the evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will document information, route claims to the appropriate insurer, and maintain explicit English communications.
