In this role, the coordinator serves as a key resource to the HR team, providing support in labour relations management, disciplinary investigations, and case documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate union release requests and ensure compliance with the collective agreement.Receive, review, and document grievances filed by the union.Act as the designated recipient for workplace harassment and violence complaints.Maintain and document disciplinary files.Review and document absence justifications for unionized employees.Education, Experience and QualificationsPrevious experience in a unionized environment,
