We want you to succeed and continue building your future here at CRH Canada.What You’ll DoDaily TasksProcess accounts payable invoices (coding, matching, and data entry)Assist with scale ticket invoicing and correctionsRecord receipts and help track expenses and liabilitiesSupport daily production and tonnage reportingHelp set up orders and maintain records in internal systemsInventory & Data SupportAssist with maintaining inventory pricing and material recordsSupport updates to pricing lists and system dataHelp create and update purchase ordersParticipate in maintaining mix and job-related informationMonth-End SupportAssist with month-end close activities,
including:Basic reconciliationsData checks and reportingHelp ensure all transactions are entered accurately and on timeProvide support for internal reports and auditsAdditional SupportHelp review vendor statements and flag discrepanciesProvide backup support for key accounting tasks during team absencesAssist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entryRespond to internal requests and help gather informationWhat You BringDiploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)0–2 years of experience in accounting or administration (co‑op/internship counts!)Basic understanding of accounting principlesComfortable using Excel and learning new systemsWhat Will Help You SucceedStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnGood organizational and time management skillsPositive attitude and team‑oriented mindsetAbility to handle repetitive tasks with accuracyEagerness to grow within an accounting roleCRH Canada recognizes Canada’s diverse landscape.
