Loopstra Nixon LLP is seeking an experienced Leasing Clerk to assist a senior lawyer with the leasing process for a large national franchisor client. This remote, part time role requires strong organization and retail leasing knowledge, capable of independent file management and deadline tracking.

You will draft and review commercial leases, identify risk provisions, and coordinate conditions with landlords and external counsel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NetDocuments preferred.
