This role involves leading multiple development teams while managing the end-to-end application delivery process. You will oversee various project initiatives while ensuring adherence to industry standards and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple development teams of 30–50 associates
- Own end-to-end application development from design to deployment
- Manage risks, priorities, and dependencies across initiatives
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies,



and engineering standards
- Provide technical oversight across applications and platforms Requirements:
- Proven leadership in development and delivery management
- Experience with scalable and secure solution design
- Strong background in CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation
