Experience of working in the Rail & Transit industry essential. Proven expertise in project and operational management, including governance, financial performance, and delivery optimization Solid background in bid management and business development, with demonstrated success in winning and delivering major projects Ability to lead and scale teams, with experience in coaching, performance management, and capability development Solid understanding of program management, consultancy environments, and technical project delivery frameworks Professional background in project management (e.G., PMI, APM or equivalent) Significant leadership experience within project delivery or consulting environments Commitment to health, safety, quality, and compliance standards in all aspects of workCompensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $162,200 - $212,200MB & ON: $148,000 - $198,000NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $146,500 - $194,600Disclosure The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
