Job Title: Excavation/Services – ForemanLocation: Waterloo Region, ONJob Type: Full TimeBDT Equipment Corporation has been providing quality Excavation & Site Services since 2008 for Institutional, Commercial, Industrial (ICI) Senior Living/Retirement, Hotel and Residential High/Mid Rise projects throughout South Western Ontario.Role OverviewThe Foreman will lead an excavation / site servicing crew, maintain construction schedules, attend site meetings, assist skilled tradespersons, operate heavy machinery, perform labourer duties, and ensure compliance with all site health and safety policies.ResponsibilitiesManage and work with a site excavation / site servicing crew.Co‑operate with site supervisors to perform tasks and maintain construction schedules.Attend site meetings when required.Operate and care for heavy construction equipment and machines.Perform labourer tasks such as hand digging work, pipe laying,



and other required duties.Assist other supervisors and colleagues when necessary.Read and understand construction drawings (specifically civil).Comply with local building codes and health and safety regulations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Foreman experience in Civil Construction (Excavation & Site Servicing) is an asset.Physically fit, hardworking, and self‑motivated.Experience with tools and machinery is an asset.Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.Valid Class G driver’s license.Ability to work independently and within a team‑based workplace focused on quality, safety, productivity, and customer service.Effective communication skills with supervisors and colleagues.Punctual and reliable work habits.Willingness to travel or stay out of town for work during the week.Desire to learn and grow within the company.French language skills not required.BenefitsExtended health careDental careVision careRRSP programShort‑term and long‑term disability coverageLiving out‑of‑town allowancesCompany eventsOn‑site parkingSalaryCompetitive wages based on industry standards and applicant skill level; minimum 48‑hour work week with overtime available.
