HireHawk Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial E-commerce Director to build and lead our digital commerce function. You’ll own the Shopify storefront end-to-end, driving revenue, CRO, and customer experience from day one.
This hands-on role partners with the Founder to establish a scalable foundation before expanding paid media and CRM. You’ll audit the site, implement a practical roadmap, and elevate merchandising, measurement, and in office promotions to deliver repeatable growth.
