London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) is seeking a Health Information Coder to classify diseases and interventions following CIHI and MoHLTC standards. You will translate clinical documentation into standardized codes for CIHI submission and funding purposes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality and knowledge of CCS, DAD, NACRS, and AJCC, with work from home potential and opportunities across LHSC sites. You will collaborate with HIM teams to support patient care data quality.
