The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting project delivery. Working alongside Project Managers and Site Superintendents, this position helps ensure construction projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with project planning, scheduling, and estimatingPreparing and tracking RFIs, change orders, and other contract documentationReviewing drawings and specifications,



identifying issues or opportunities for cost savingsCoordinating subcontractor tenders, awards, and shop drawingsMaintaining project records and supporting site safety complianceConducting site tours and inspections as requiredActing as a liaison with consultants, clients, and project stakeholdersSupporting QA/QC, monthly invoicing, and project closeout processesQualificationsA degree in civil/structural engineering, or a diploma in civil/architectural technologyPrevious project coordination in commercial/civil construction is considered an assetExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of construction processes and documentationCompetitive salary with bonus potentialComprehensive advantages package (100% employer paid) including dental, optical and medical; and company matched pension plan
