This position involves creating engaging and accessible content experiences across multiple platforms, contributing to innovative design solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.Pay rate range (CAD): $76.70/hr– $92.04/hrResponsibilities Conceptualize, design, and execute future-state and near-term cross-channel content experiencesWrite, edit, and proofread high-quality, user-centered contentEnsure programs, policies, and practices comply with internal and external standards while aligning with business prioritiesApply user-centered design methodologies to create accessible and customer-focused contentParticipate across all product development phases, including ideation, user research, planning, and post-launch evaluationCollaborate with Experience Design Leads, Product Owners, and engineers to deliver optimal solutions for usersManage sensitive correspondence and information with discretion and escalated issues when appropriateMaintain compliance with relevant internal and external requirements (financial controls, transaction approvals, etc.)Contribute as a content design expert within cross-functional initiatives, helping identify risks and provide guidanceLead content design projects, supporting the development and delivery of presentations and communication strategiesServe as a subject matter expert,
