Dexterra Group is seeking an HR Service Centre Team Lead to deliver hands-on HR support across Canada and the United States. You will coach a team of HR Service Centre Coordinators while actively managing day-to-day HR service delivery for an assigned client group.

You will prioritize work, resolve complex inquiries, support onboarding, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes and employee experience.
