Functional Testing Quality Assurance Analyst - SeniorJob ID: 26-01775Pay rate range - $55/hr. to $58/hr.Hybrid work requirements: 2x per week, Tuesday and Thursday, subject to changeJob Description:Role Mandate:The TSYS team under the North American Retail Payments umbrella is looking to add a QA Lead.The role will own end-to-end QA including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off for TSYS projects.Team Structure:The team consists of around 20 people, 7-8 onshore and 10-12 offshore.This role is highly collaborative with both the onshore and offshore teams.Role Responsibilities:Owns end to end QA including planning, execution, defect management, and sign off forTSYS projectsWork closely with business partners and vendorsManage defect triage, root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of issuesEnforce QA standards, test documentation,



and compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelinesIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvements to improve quality and efficiencyMust Have Skills:PRIMARY: Strong, recent hands on TSYS experience, including TSYS-TS2 green screen data conditioning and TSYS rewardsHas previously worked on pricing and interests related TSYS projects involving disclosure group changes, fee updates, and pricing updatesHas previously led recent credit card product launches end to endExperience with payment projectsExperience with card generation, statements, letters & communicationsExperience with digital wallets and tokenizationFamiliarity with FICO TRIAD Customer ManagerIn-depth written and verbal communication skillsNice to Have Skills:TRIAD experienceMainframe file handling experienceHands on automation experience
