This role is essential in helping customers recover from water damage by performing mitigation, cleanup, and restoration services in both residential and commercial properties.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service and maintain a qualified attitude on job sitesAssess water damage and identify the source of lossExtract standing water and set up drying equipmentClean, disinfect, and take preventative measures to inhibit mold growthDocument damage, moisture readings, and photos, and communicate findings to the Project ManagerPerform demolition or removal of damaged materials when requiredWork effectively both independently and as part of a teamBe available for overtime and participate in an on‑call rotation as neededRequirementsValidB.C.
