The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.DutiesManage all accounting operations and admin staff including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functionsPrepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgetsConduct account reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial dataOversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting softwareEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal policiesCoordinate audits with external auditors and prepare audit schedulesMonitor cash flow and manage banking relationshipsDevelop internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiencyLead month-end and year-end closing processesSkillsExtensive experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero,



and other accounting platformsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysisProficiency in account reconciliation, account analysis, and financial reportingDemonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functionsExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectivelyProven leadership skills with the ability to oversee a finance team or collaborate across departmentsThis position is integral to maintaining the financial health of our organization.
