ELCO, part of the APRIL Marine group, is seeking a RIBO-licensed insurance broker who excels in customer service to serve boat owners in Ontario and Quebec. The role involves advising on pleasure boat insurance, handling changes and renewals, and supporting the sales team with quotes.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of personal lines broker experience, excellent English, strong organizational skills, and a cooperative spirit. Boat insurance experience is a plus.
