Support store-opening marketing workstreams — timelines, asset requests, approvals, local requirements, and launch-readiness communication. Ecommerce and cross-functional projects Coordinate the team's deliverables within selected ecommerce, technology, operations, and CX projects.
Support cross-functional working sessions so requirements and deliverables stay visible and on schedule. Track the team's contributions to website projects, without owning technical requirements or delivery decisions. Escalate scope, budget, or performance concerns to the appropriate owner.
Maintain marketing SOPs, templates, and shared documentation so information stays current and accessible.
Collaborate with the team to improve project-management processes and reporting as needs evolve. The opportunity to have a rewarding career with access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities for career advancement.
