Customer Service Representative – Warehouse

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the CSR position will include:

Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely support. Coordinating with customers, warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments. Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor or Lead.

Responsibilities

1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely support.
2. Coordinating with customers, warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments.
3. Processing and monitoring customer orders, shipments, and deliveries.
4. Resolving customer issues and following up on requests or concerns.
5. Updating customers regarding order status, delays, and other shipment-related information.
6. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all customer information is up to date.
7. Supporting day-to-day administrative and customer service activities as required.

What you bring

Mandatory Skills

- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Must have great communication skills.
- Must have Administrative experience (preference given to those with WMS experience).
- Date entry and Data validation.
- CSR experience.




- Computer literate – Microsoft packages.
- Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
