The incumbent supports TH citizens with Indian status registration requirements, maintains the TH citizen registry and enters information into various databases. The incumbent supports accurate record keeping, application tracking and information sharing with Citizens, TH Government, the Citizenship Enrollment Committee and Indigenous Services Canada officials.Essential QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, along with one year of relevant work experience; an equivalent combination of education, experience, skills, and abilities may be considered.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,



SharePoint).Knowledge of TH social structure, culture and traditions.Knowledge of TH Final Agreement, Self‑Government Agreement and Constitution.Knowledge of the Jay Treaty.Knowledge of TH family histories, the TH Constitution Citizenship Code and the Citizenship Enrollment Committee Terms of Reference is an asset.Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with THjeʼin, Committee members and Citizens.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Conditions of EmploymentCriminal Record Check.Valid Class 5 Driver's license with transparent driver's abstract.TH101 Cultural Awareness training.Willingness to pursue professional development and training as required.Completion of First Nation (Indian) Registry (a required training course delivered by Indigenous Services Canada).#J-18808-Ljbffr
