This role requires collaboration with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to effectively recruit for diverse positions, from entry-level to senior roles. You will also ensure compliance and contribute to improving our hiring practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate to source and select candidates
- Conduct initial interviews via phone and video
- Create engaging job descriptions to attract quality talent
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences
- Track recruitment metrics for analysis Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in talent sourcing and interviewing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
- Banking/credit union recruitment familiarity preferred
