We are looking for a Trucking Department Logistics Coordinatorto join our fast-paced, energetic company working from either our Yorkton, Humboldt or Swift Current, SK locations.As a Trucking Department Logistics Coordinator, you will play an key role in supporting fleet operations across the organization. You will work closely with the Trucking Operations Manager to ensure load readiness, peak unit efficiencies, and drive increased profits and customer and employee satisfaction. You get to deliver quality work in one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations. Creating positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers in a friendly and collaborative workplace that encourages learning and growth.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate load readiness for trucking requests across all locations and departmentsSecure permits for oversized and overweight loads and communicate permit requirements to trucking team and driversCoordinate service work required to prepare equipment for transportProvide trucking cost estimates for internal and external customers, including estimates and planning for U.S. hauling activitiesMonitor and direct Trucking Department service ticketsAssist with monitoring road bans and transportation restrictionsSupport trucking schedules through effective communication and coordinationMaintain compliance with transportation, permitting,
