We are looking for a creative and high energy legal counsel interested in working at the nexus of law, business, technology, data, and consumers. Reporting to the Manager, Innovation Law, this lawyer will be required to provide proactive, timely and strategic legal advice to senior business leaders and their teams, and will handle a broad range of commercial, contract, privacy and technology related matters. This role will have an opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate projects across ACG and collaborate with other areas of the enterprise and local Law & Regulation Department. Successful candidates for this role will have significant experience in contract review, drafting and negotiation,



and knowledge of commercial law, technology, privacy/data and AI.
