Aecon is hiring Finish Grader Operators for the Calgary, Alberta area to support the Base Crew during the 2026 season. The role involves operating a motor grader, performing fine grade finishing, and laying/mixing materials to grade specifications.

Ideal candidates understand grades, plans, and road construction, hold a valid Class 5 license, and can travel to site with their own vehicle. Overtime, night shifts, and weekend work are required.
