Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Coordinator, Estimator, and or Project Manager to oversee and execute large-scale construction projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, preparing accurate estimates, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.DutiesCoordinate all phases of infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.Prepare detailed construction estimates.Develop comprehensive project plans.Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain strong professional relationships.Utilize Bluebeam for document management, plan review, markup, and collaboration across project teams.Oversee procurement processes,



ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services aligned with project specifications.Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; address issues proactively to minimize delays or cost overruns.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret plans and specifications for accurate execution.ExperienceProven experience in construction estimating and project management within the infrastructure or heavy civil construction industry.Solid proficiency in Bluebeam software for document control and collaboration.Construction-related certifications or licenses are a plus but not mandatory.Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.This role is integral to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, requiring a combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, and strategic planning skills to drive results effectively.Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per yearBenefitsExtended health careOn-site parkingTuition reimbursementWork LocationIn person#J-18808-Ljbffr
