What You'll Do:

As a Store Front Greeter, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see when they visit The Watering Can. You'll help create a warm and welcoming experience by greeting customers, answering questions, providing directions throughout the store, and helping guests find what they’re looking for. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, being outside in warm & cold elements and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

Welcome guests as they enter the store with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Answer general questions and help guests navigate our different departments and services.

Direct guests to the appropriate areas, including our Floral Department, Greenhouse,



Café & Bistro, Workshops, and more.

Help create a positive first and last impression for every guest.

Customer Assistance:

Connect customers with the appropriate staff member when more specialized assistance is needed.

Assist guests with general inquiries while maintaining friendly and skilled customer service.

Store Front Support:

Help keep the entrance and front-of-store areas clean, organized, and welcoming.

Assist with baskets, carts, and other customer needs when required.
