What makes our business unique is the different lines of business we operate in, making us an attractive choice for customers.Notes: This is NOT a transportation position or an outbound call centre.Accountabilities & Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers via email, phone, and warehouse portalsProcess customer orders accurately and on time, including data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other internal systemsCoordinate with warehouse teams (receiving, shipping, inventory) to ensure smooth execution of customer requestsOrganize and input orders into our WMS and monitor inventory levels of different SKUs on behalf of our customersGenerate inbound and outbound documents and coordinate with the applicable teams in processing customer order instructionsMonitor order status and provide customers with updates on shipment, inventory, and service inquiriesInvestigate and resolve customer issues, discrepancies,
