This is a full-time, permanent position, starting in June 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $22.35 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. Provide an easy,



efficient and consistent one stop service for guests and colleagues allowing seamless operational efficiency behind the scenes Assist all external and internal callers and redirecting if/when necessary Take ownership of the guest’s request and ensure follow up according to the hotel’s standards Sell guestrooms, tee times and Food & Beverage reservations to groups and individual callers Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities Previous customer related experience required Previous Front Office or Reservations experience is an asset Working knowledge of Opera Cloud is an asset Professional telephone manner and demeanor with a natural response "smile" on the phone Subsidized staff accommodation provided Complimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift Access to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide Hotel leisure benefits including Golf/Ski passes Visa Requirements : The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
