The Resident Care

Manager will report to the Director of Care and manage Resident Care Services.

Responsibilities include recruitment, staff training, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for new residents. You will also oversee care plan development, conduct performance appraisals, and uphold compliance with provincial standards throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and train nursing staff effectively
- Provide regular performance feedback to teams
- Schedule and oversee resident care conferences
- Maintain high standards of resident service orientation
- Lead the department in Director's absence Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
- 5 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of provincial legislation in Alberta, BC, Ontario
- Experience with Dementia care
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Drive exceptional care standards and shape a positive setting for residents at AgeCare.
