This full-time, temporary role requires compassionate support and innovative programming. Located in Haileybury, this position specifically seeks female applicants to foster an inclusive setting. As a Residential Support Worker, you'll provide therapeutic and activity-based support while helping clients set goals and safety plans.

Your responsibilities will include crisis intervention, case management, and maintaining a positive residential atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate support to women and children in shelter

- Conduct personal safety assessments and crisis interventions
