The role supports 24/7/365 operations with 12-hour rotating shifts, handling incident and change management for the IMS, CICS, DASDs, and ATLs in a large mainframe workplace.The successful candidate will monitor z/OS, batch processing, and distributed environments, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure service availability and prompt resolution of outages.
