- Assess and monitor resident’s needs in restorative care
- Document daily care activities and progress notes
- Collaborate with the team on individualized care plans
- Assist in therapies and mobility aid processes
- Perform additional duties as required Requirements:
- Degree in Kinesiology or related field
- Certificate in Restorative Care from an accredited institution
- PSW Certificate preferred
- Vulnerable Sector Check required
