Job Summary

Furniture World is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Sales Manager to lead our established sales team in Regina.

In this role, you will drive sales growth, manage gross margins, strengthen customer satisfaction, and coach and develop the sales team. Your leadership will help create a positive, accountable environment where people take pride in delivering exceptional service and strong results.

Duties

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain gross margins, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop sales staff to build a strong, accountable team.
- Work with ownership to implement marketing initiatives and promotions that attract new customers and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor sales results, gross margins,



and individual performance to identify opportunities for improvement and guide coaching.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, store procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or management experience in retail, with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing staff.
- Robust understanding of retail sales, merchandising, and gross margin management.
- A commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to lead by example.
- Experience implementing promotions, setting priorities, and managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to build a positive, accountable team.

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
