Our Recreation Department is looking for a dedicated Guest Services Representative to join the team.Position ResponsibilitiesAs a Guest Services Representative you will ensure the most positive experience for visitors of the recreation facilities, enhancing the brand of these highly accessible community resources. Your responsibilities include front‑line customer service: assisting patrons, answering calls, and taking program registrations. You will assist others in the department with administrative tasks, marketing support, programming assistance, and special events. You will monitor facility user groups, assist with equipment needs, and coordinate meeting rooms and facility rentals. The role requires availability on weekdays during daytime hours (9 a.M. – 6 p.M.).As a guest services representative, you will deliver exceptional customer service to all customers including tourists, user groups, contractors, city staff, volunteers,
